Hou Kong Premier School Guzheng Ensemble and Orchestra Participate in "2025 Campus Music Festival"

On March 8, 2025, the Guzheng Ensemble and Orchestra of HKP performed at the Macao Science Center as part of the "2025 Campus Music Festival." This prestigious event was organized by the Education and Youth Development Bureau, co-organized by the Macao Wind Symphony Association, and supported by the Macao Science Center.

The Guzheng Ensemble, comprised of 21 talented students, showcased six diverse pieces to celebrate the richness of Chinese culture. The Orchestra, featuring students from Grade 4 to Senior High School Grade 2, performed three classic pieces and delivered moving performances that captivated the audience. The long and enthusiastic applause that followed their final bow illustrated the audience's deep appreciation for the classic melodies.

This event not only provided students with a valuable opportunity to showcase their talents on a broader platform but also highlighted the school’s strong commitment to arts education. It facilitated their growth through practical experience and allowed them to appreciate performances from other schools, fostering mutual learning and exchange among teachers and students while broadening their artistic horizons.
