The first torch of the Winter Olympic Games in the exhibition of HKP

In order to promote the Olympic spirit and let Macau residents share the Beijing Winter Olympic Games with the motherland, on the 21st of this month, Wynn Macau brought the torch to the campus of HKP for display. The torch on display carries the Olympic flame of Greece, which was passed on to China by Li Jiajun, the first male athlete to win a medal in the Winter Olympic Games.

The students and teachers were delighted to see the first torch in person and took photos. The students listened carefully to the explanation and understood the Olympic spirit conveyed by the torch. The students and teachers expressed that it was a great honor to share the joy of the success of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games with their country and to experience the charm of the torch, and they had a deeper understanding of the greatness of the country and the Olympic spirit.
