On the occasion of the arrival of Spring Festival, in order to welcome the Chinese New Year; let the children understand the production process of making tangyuan; and experience the joy of hands-on operation and parent-child activities, Hou Kong Premier School’s K1 held a parent-child tangyuan making workshop in the classrooms.

On that night, the children returned to the class under the leadership of their parents. After listening to the guidance of the volunteer parents, everyone couldn’t wait to make the tangyuan. The tangyuan are available in various colors such as white and purple. The children like them very much. When the tangyuan were served, some children soon made a few round of tangyuan, some of them needed the help of their parents. In any case, everyone tried their best to make more and more rounds of tangyuan. After the made tangyuan were cooked in a pan, each person had a bowl to taste. The children felt very sweet eating their own handmade tangyuan.
