In order to enhance parent-child relationships and strengthen communication & cooperation between home and school, the kindergartens of the Premier School Affiliated to Hou Kong Middle School held an autumn hiking activity on Saturday, October 13. The K1 autumn hiking destination is the health trail at Hác-Sá Reservoir Natural Park. The students are accompanied by their parents for this activity. Parents accompanied the children on foot to complete the 1.5 km health trail, which takes about 40 minutes. This autumn tour was launched in the autumn and warm sunshine, with more than 300 people of parents, students and teachers.
When they arrived at the Hác-Sá Reservoir Natural Park, they first took a group photograph of the students and parents, and then the teachers led them to the health trail. In addition to the beautiful scenery along the way, the children found a variety of new things, asking questions to teachers and parents from time to time. When the health trail was completed and when they returned to the reservoir square, each class organized different group events: playing games, sharing snacks, and communicating with each other etc.
This activity allows children to have a close encounter with nature, and also cultivates their spirit of observing things and exploring, and there is more interaction between parents and children.
