October 31, 2023, is the story character dress-up day of HKP Kindergarten. Every teacher and child returned to school wearing their favorite story character costumes and performing various role-play activities.

The K1 group is themed around Disney movie characters, with some playing the role of Cowboy Woody and Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story, some playing Princess Elsa, Princess Anna, Snow White, The Mermaid, and some playing Mickey Mouse, etc. K2K3 plays a broader range of roles and content. In addition to film and television roles, there are characters from different industries, Chinese mythology characters, Western magic characters, national costumes, etc. Everyone admired each other, proudly introduced their characters and costumes, walked in catwalks, showed off their talents, took photos with their friends in classic character poses, watched movies related to the characters, etc. They had a happy and enjoyable day.

This activity allowed children to get to know more story or animation characters and also allowed children to play roles, experience the characteristics of the characters, and express their understanding of these characters with their own body language and oral language, thus improving the children's self-confidence, their performance ability and appreciation ability, and also enhance the children's understanding of multiculturalism.
